Havn't heard a thing!

i ordered a htc sensation xl and a motorola motoluxe from valuebasket.co.nz and havn't heard anything as of yet! i've emailed them atleast 6 times and called 3 times just to have my time wasted with automated emails which tell me that "i will get a reply shortly" which is not true. i've emailed them once again to cancel both my orders and i want a full refund immediately, terrible service, terrible communication and i would say to not even bother with this website as it is a joke and a waste of your time and effort.

still waiting for any emails back which aren't automated, review will be updated if things change, but i doubt they will. very, very disappointed.
