My order was put in during Christmas week, and, having sent an e-mail to inquiry about the product (Dura Ace C35 Wheelset) a prompt response the next day was received, having put in the order, and another e-mail advising me how I can track the whereabouts of my order was also received. within a fortnight, from The Uk to Australia, and I may remind you, this was during the Christmas / New year period.
