I have never recieved my items ordered on the 16th January 2009 from Footmuffs and Bibs.
Foormuffs and Bibs keep claiming that the package have been shipped. The first e-mail that I recieved from Footmuffs and Bibs was on the 26th of January claiming that the package had been dispatched. On the 1st of February I send an e-mail asking for a tracking number - I recieve an e-mail telling that my order had been "overlooked" but that it will be shipped asap. On the 16th of February I write an e-mail to Footmuffs and Bibs asking for a tracking number. They tell to wait longer... On the 25th of Feb I e-mail Footmuffs and Bibs asking for my package once again. His response: "I will have to start the claim process via royal mail.". This seems strange, because on the postal reciept I have recieved from seller the shipping date says 25th of Feb 2009:
Now about one month later: Footmuffs and Bibs now keep claiming that I should make a complaint to my local postal office - but I am unable to, because I never recieved a tracking number from Footmuffs and Bibs. All I got was a reciept showing that a package has been sent to Denmark which is of no use to me. My local postal office can not take a complaint for a missing package without a tracking number.
Seller refuses to help me any further and my money seems lost because I have paid via Paypal and they refuse to return the money because it is more than 45 days since I paid to seller...
