When deciding which wetsuits to buy, I phoned them up, and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful. I went away, checked the measurements and made the order online. The package arrived the next day (free delivery). One of the wetsuits didn't fit properly. I made another order, received the additional wetsuit in a few days. When I had decided which one to keep, I returned one of the original order and the refund was processed quickly.
