Second to none for service and quality

Having being using Northern Parrots for approx 2 years, I can honestly say the service has been great. I don't have to muck about wondering what day my order will come.
It's traceable so I can carry on with my rescue work knowing once my order is in. It's on it's way. The front line staff give the same commitment as the director followed by the back room staff that pack and despatch each order as if sending to a family member.

Any issues with quality delivery or service is quickly responded to and resolved.

They are always at hand to help the novice with helpful advice.
I take pride in recommending Northern Parrots to every home I visit. I'm also proud to put my name on this statement
