My suitcase was collected last Monday, appropriate labels securely attached, the sane way i did before. Travelled over from NI to England for uni with most of my clothes and books for uni in the case. Stayed in all day Wednesday waiting for the case, didn't come, even tracked it online to see where it was! Missed uni on Thursday to see if the case came, allowing an extra day as it says online for delay. Still nothing. Waited on friday aswell until i emailed uni baggage to be informed the labels had come off my case in the NI depot and I needed to identify it so new labels could be attached!! Fair enough but the very fact the my belongings were just sitting round somewhere with no attempt to figure out who it belonged to until I emailed days later. It's a good service but as a paying customer I feel slightly ignored and the service I payed for not delivered, literally!!! I've missed uni, be almost house bound waiting for a case that wasn't even being attempted to be delivered and feel taking advantage of!!!
