as many other people experianced, get sent a flimsy bag, sent out padded and then they tell you the phone has a faly it doesnt, got offerered 155 for my blackberry bold 9900 told me it was only worth a third because of the back cover was cracked, after about a week of sending emails they gave in and gave me 130 for it, still appauling service and seing this i think tradign standards should be informed, because it is obvious the phones do not have these faults!
