DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pair of shoes for next day delivery. Opened the package to see the wrong item had been sent. Go to the effort of returning them and then hear nothing for 10 days until I message asking, I'm told I need to take a photo of my parcel receipt, when I do that they finally re-arrange a delivery. Then the shoes arrive at an address over 140miles from my house. Spend the day being ignored by the awful customer service team at Missguided even though I can see them replying to other queries. They finally got back to me today and told me nothing can be done and they're sorry but give me a 10% off code which they'd already given me for getting the order wrong and is redundant as I will NEVER order from them again.

I have looked into your case and I wish to apologise profusely, the level of service in which you received was certainly not the level in which Missguided wishes to provide. Therefore this is a matter that is being investigated further within the department with the relevant level of management.
