Curries customer service or consumer service?

Bought a LG Home Cinema system last June 2012 from Curries in Barnsley, on 5th January 2013 the fuse blew on the Blue Ray player, changed fuse and it blew again.
Contacted their so called customer services, who instructed ourselves to take the unit into the shop for exchange, not bad service I thought! WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When we arrived the so called women bouncer (I think these are customer service sales people?) who would not know customer service if it bit her in the face said, not covered it needs to go to the repair centre? we then left the store and on arival back home decided to complain.
Do they have a complaints department? Nope.
emailed customer services and after a promise of their Know How team (Know How to ignore you) recieved no reply? 3 days later decided to email the Know How to ingnore you team once more and as yet, still recieved no reply? still waiting 7 days later, still have no Blue Ray player, still paying for it!so they Know How to take your cash and they still dont know what rights customers have under the Sale of Goods Act.
Leason learnt,
Know How to find another retail outlet.
Will never use them again or any of their associates P C World etc.
Know how to be arrogant with customers!
Know how to take customers money!
Know how to ignore any complaints!

Advice find another shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
