love the boots,delivery not so loved!

ordered derwent muck boots on 29th,shown as 'stock'a,and 2-3 day delivery,5 days later nothing had arrived,then got call to say boots out of stock,but would send me newer,more expensive boot (but for the price i had originally paid) instead...excellent deal,boots would be sent immediately for next day delivery...3 days later i called as boots hadnt arrived! Order had not been put through,did arrive following day. Although several mistakes made,both customer services reps were helpful and polite and issue resolved. Chor-hi boots are fab,so far,and i am a happy muck boot convert!
