Good products, good prices but packaging lets it down

Just taken delivery of a dozen Trollbeads and a clasp. All arrived, rattling around, in the one organza bag with a folded (and battered) Trollbeads card box in the envelope. Fortunately this was not a gift so it's only me that gets to see the lack of packaging but I would have been VERY disappointed if I had bought this for someone else as it looks more like a delivery from a cheapskate eBay seller! I would buy again from this site for myself but would shop elsewhere for a gift.

Good product, good price - shame it arrived with wrong plug

I ordered a Samsung camera as a gift for Christmas and it arrived within the specified lead time (shipped direct from Hong Kong) but with the wrong plug on the battery charger - it had a European plug instead of the UK one. After several emails, a travel adapter was sent out which is not the perfect solution but does not mean that my husband can use his camera!
