Ultralase - Precisely what your eyes deserve

highly recommended - I don't know why I didn't have laser eye surgery sooner!!

excellent and friendly staff and very clean building.
I was very impressed from the minute I booked my consultation to going back for my first check up after having the surgery. I would highly recommend laser eye to anyone.
I was put at ease by the staff regarding the procedure which really does help. and the fact that you got a lifetime guarantee with the treatment because they are that confident in the surgery really helped me have confidence in getting it done!

the only complaint I have is that ultralase were taken over by within the first week of having my surgery - this has made me feel a bit uneasy and a bit grateful that I had my surgery done when I did as I don't think I'd have as much confidence going elsewhere. really wish I could have carried on my aftercare at ultralase.
I was booked in at ultralase for my week after check up but as it had been taken over it was actually 3 week's later at the optimax building - the service and care was no where near as good or warm/friendly as ultralase. felt like I was just being ushered into a room then out the door......
