Worst company ever - Never deliver, say no-one at home even though we were
This is the second time they've claimed to deliver to us and no-one was in. They've not delivered because we were in, they didn't leave a card on any occasion and there were instructions to leave with the neighbours it we weren't in. Total bunch of lies.
I contacted the company using city link and told them all of this and hope they switch company. I contacted city link (still waiting for a response), they don't care which is obvious with the way the business is conducted. I would rather boil a bunny than use this lot again and before I order anything now I ask if the company uses city link and if they do I don't order from them and tell them all about pathetic, useless city link and what's happened to us which is the absolute truth. DOWN WITH CITY LINK BECAUSE THEY STINK

**5 STAR EVERYTHING**
A real pleasure dealing with Oak Furniture Land, everything was great from start to finish. The product from the Tokyo range is exceptional quality and the delivery company fast and friendly. I am extremely critical and fussy but I would have no problems in buying from OFL again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
