Dear infurn, it would appear that the only time things get resolved with you is when people have to complain via this website, they day I placed my First order with you Was 31 August 2012 and I'm still waiting my table, you have continually told me that there is an issue with quality control .........more like you suppliers are rubbish and you have an issue which you can't resolve or manage properly. Your customer care is an absolute joke you will not update your PAYING customers when they have asked, you offer the same generic email response when you do, you don't supply a contact number ......which lets be honest will only be engaged due to the amount of complaints or you'll probably take it of the hook. My second order which I purchased a bean bag with my refunds for non delivery of my long awaited made in god knows where and shipped via Mars and Saturn TABLE has not been delivered although your system states that the courier has sent it with a signed POD which consists of a straight line and when I complained you generic email states that you need at least two weeks to get it from the courier........it's online....it would take you 2 mins if you bothered, I have been waiting over 2 months for you too sort it out....Back to my TABLE I have just checked my account and low and behold I have yet another delivery date for my table.............16/09/2014......... Are you for real over a year to get my table.....do you really believe you offer your customers the best service.....it would surprise me if your fabulous 5 year gaurantee started when I placed the order so that you will be a year in hand already........IF that wasn't bad enough should anybody be as stupid as me they can order the exact same table as mine and get it for 50 quid cheaper than I paid last year..........whey hey .......rub salt into the wounds why don't ya. Awaiting your generic reply like most of the others
