Absoulte jokers and swindlers

Dear infurn, it would appear that the only time things get resolved with you is when people have to complain via this website, they day I placed my First order with you Was 31 August 2012 and I'm still waiting my table, you have continually told me that there is an issue with quality control .........more like you suppliers are rubbish and you have an issue which you can't resolve or manage properly. Your customer care is an absolute joke you will not update your PAYING customers when they have asked, you offer the same generic email response when you do, you don't supply a contact number ......which lets be honest will only be engaged due to the amount of complaints or you'll probably take it of the hook. My second order which I purchased a bean bag with my refunds for non delivery of my long awaited made in god knows where and shipped via Mars and Saturn TABLE has not been delivered although your system states that the courier has sent it with a signed POD which consists of a straight line and when I complained you generic email states that you need at least two weeks to get it from the's would take you 2 mins if you bothered, I have been waiting over 2 months for you too sort it out....Back to my TABLE I have just checked my account and low and behold I have yet another delivery date for my table.............16/09/2014......... Are you for real over a year to get my you really believe you offer your customers the best would surprise me if your fabulous 5 year gaurantee started when I placed the order so that you will be a year in hand already........IF that wasn't bad enough should anybody be as stupid as me they can order the exact same table as mine and get it for 50 quid cheaper than I paid last year..........whey hey .......rub salt into the wounds why don't ya. Awaiting your generic reply like most of the others found this review useful

Hello Marie,

Thank you for your comments on Trustpilot, and we discussed your orders several times today.

Please accept our apologies that your table and beanbag have taken much longer than expected.

We have made enquiries with Logistics today and obtained an up-dated delivery status for the Piet Hein Super Ellipse Table. Although still late, it is due to arrive early next month, in August, rather than in September, and the order details have now been up-dated to show this.

Your other order for the beanbag was placed using bonus credit given as compensation for the delay with the table. The usual beanbag delivery time is within 2/3 weeks, and although your Beanbag was dispatched, the goods were lost in the care of the local courier, and they should never have accepted a POD with nothing but a straight line on.

The courier has admitted responsibility for this and the warehouse have confirmed a new Beanbag will be sent to you this week, and should arrive within 3-5 days from date of dispatch.

Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience to-date, but we would like you to know there has been no attempt to swindle and furthermore, this is not a glib reply as every effort has been made to put right the issues quickly for you.

I have sent my contact details via the Forums site, in case we can be of further assistance pending delivery of your goods.
