Bought an Ipad shortly before Xmas but due to a change in requirements,I decided it was necessary to return it under the 14 day money back guarantee.
I completed the appropriate on line forms and waited for the promised response. No response came. Repeated the process and attempted to contact Customer Service via telephone. No one answered my numerous calls and still no answer via email.
Attempted to contact Customer Services numerous time via email. Received one reply asking why I wanted to return the item, then have received no further communications despite repeatedly resenting my response.
Customer service at Valuebasket is NON EXISTENT! I do not actually believe the company has a Customer Service department!
Diabolical service and I will do my utmost to warn others about the consequences of buying from Valueless basket!
