Ashton Moss Branch Going Down Hill :(

Have used Ashton Moss branch at least weekly for years.... great staff, great layout and always had what I went in for.
They have had some kind of revamp recently (building work, new staff hired, old staff have disappeared, a new cafe etc) and since its completion everything seems to have changed for the worse.
The layout is awful, making it difficult to find anything, then when you find where what you're looking for should be, it's out of stock. They now regularly run out of my basic items (2ltr milk, chestnut mushrooms for the past 3 weeks!, pasta sauce, Steak, bread) to the point where today I gave up and went to asda instead!!
I think someone needs to take control there and sort it out or I think I'll start using asda permanently.
