Good Service

My first order with Ray Grahams for a couple of electric hot water bottles. I had the delivery made to my work place as it guaranteed someone being available to take delivery. Delivery was made within four days despite the order being placed over the Christmas/New Year holiday and I was kept well informed of progress by text, even on delivery day when I was informed of the actual hour of delivery and the van drivers name. I was impressed.
