I tried to cancel my membership so i don get billed again but it said that i will lose all my previous days aswell (the ones i already paid for!!!) how unfair is that?!! i wont be a member with them again any time soon.
UPDATE - So i recently cancelled my membership and didnt even get an email confirmation!!! I wonder why? They sent one when i joined and they're able to send emails evrey other day showing supposedly 'new' matches but cant be bothered to send an email confirmation? I have emailed them before aswell because I had a dsicount voucher through them but when you upgrade the button for the discount is TINY and it didnt give me an option to enter it like most normal other sites with discount options!! I emailed the company telling them about this and saying i had a voucher and even provided dates nd they didnt even bother replying !!!
I honestly think all the good reviews are done by themselves!

We’re sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the online dating part of our company. We did have some technical issues with our chat messenger but we’re confident that these have been rectified. We tend to find that most members will be available online to chat on Sunday and Monday evenings. However, the chat is also designed to allow our members to speak in real time without having to exchange contact details. For example, you may see someone that you like and wave at them. If they wave back then you may exchange a message or two. Finally, you may want to arrange a date / time to talk on our instant chat messenger before exchanging personal contact details.
