Misleading

I used this site as it advertised free postage as long as you spend £35.
I purchased some toiletries to make up my order & was charged over £5 postage! When I queried this I was told to see their terms and conditions.
Very disappointing & totally misleading

Dear Jill,

Please accept my sincere apologies you felt the Terms & Conditions for delivery were misleading on our website.

I can confirm delivery is free for all UK orders over £35 except heavy parcels that weigh more than 2kg where a delivery fee of £5.50 will be automatically applied.
