Car did not match one we selected

While appreciating your description "or similar" the car offered at the desk was stated to be for 4 passengers with 2 pieces of luggage whereas we had requested a 5 seater with capacity for 3 large cases. A suitable car was finally offered with a supplement of fifty dollars a day and, though we did negotiate a discount, we were not happy.
