When my order had not arrived a few days after the promised date I contacted them. 'Oh sorry, out of stock' AND THEY ONLY DISCOVERED WHEN I CONTACTED THEM? what kind of customer service is that? I had stopped shopping because I had ordered my goods and expected to have them installed before Christmas. Because they did not let me know at all, I cancelled the order. Then I had to fill in a form to get my money back, BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE?? and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!! And they ASK ME TO WRITE A REVIEW?? Brave of them. If they looked at their service to me they would guess the type of review I would write.
