Dear Mrs. Wentzell, thank you for your feedback regarding the recent delivery of your kitchen tap and alerting us to this delivery incidence. We have spoken to the courier, DPD who can only apologise as to why your parcel was delivered to your neighbour, as this had not been requested by us and should not have happened. They are liaising with your local depot and driver as to the reason for this. You should have received an email via DPD to indicate the delivery time slot, however as you did not provide a mobile number with the order we were unable to also send the information via text message.
Just to confirm the delivery timeframe, your order was received and processed on a Friday morning (as you placed the order after 8pm the day before) with the item indicating a 2-5 working day expected delivery. You were emailed after placing the order by Alex to confirm the delivery day (Wednesday), new stock was received on Tuesday, despatched the same day, and delivered to you on the Wednesday as had previously been confirmed, the 4th working day. We are sorry that this did not meet your expectation, but we are very glad to hear you are pleased with the mixer tap.
