After previously having a very bad experience with a different company I found the item I was looking for on the Winstanley pramworld website so I rang the customer services number where I spoke to a very friendly and helpful assistant who even got in touch with the warehouse to check the item I required was still available (which it was), the assistant informed me if I ordered it straight away (on the Friday) it would be with me on the Monday, which it was.
I would like to thank the assistant for being so helpful as my experience with the other company left me very upset and angry but she msnaged to solve my problem within minutes.
I ordered a car seat recently and after it hadn't arrived a week later despite the funds being taken from my account I had to ring up to find out what was happening as I'd sent an e-mail to customer services which went unaswered, I was told that an e-mail had been sent to my address which I still have not received to say that my order was damaged and would a replacement be accepted, having said the e-mail was sent on the 8th of Jan which I couldn't reply to due to still not receiving it I think perhaps they could've then tried to phone me to see whether the replacement was going to be accepted or not.
