My order was unfortunately out of stock, they called to apologise and offered me alternatives. I eventually chose a more expensive item and was offered a discount and next day delivery to compensate for the error. THey were extremely helpful in sorting the problem and the item arrived on my doorstep less than 20 hours later!! .
