I had recently ordered a pair of Rocket Dog Boots before Christmas and still waiting for them to be delivered. I phoned a fews weeks ago and was promised that I will get them. I have been checking my emails and not had any further response. I am in the middle of phoning and have been put on hold and the music is terrible. I have managed to speak to someone in customer services and was told they were lost. It would of been nice if I have bee contacted so that I could have the opportunity to cancel or re order again. I have been promised that they well be delivered this Wednesday 16 January 2013. If they have not arrived I will be cancelling and will not be ordering any goods for the future.
