Long time coming!

Was so eager to start after being recommended by a friend for the particular items that I ordered, but it was 3 weeks before I received the package which was a little frustrating.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to leave your review.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for your order not arriving as quickly as we would like. In our experience we do find that orders sent via Air Mail usually arrive within 1-2 working weeks. However, we do ask our customers to allow up to a maximum of 4 working weeks until we consider a parcel to be lost within the postal system and therefore send a replacement parcel. Our policy is to offer free samples whilst you are waiting for your order to arrive if you have run out of the product ordered.

I am pleased to hear you have now received your order, if your next order takes longer than expected to arrive, please do contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange for some samples to be sent.
