Booked an oil change online, choosing 'pm' (out of the 'am' or 'pm' choice).
Arrived at the garage around midday and was told by a mechanic that the booking made was 'am', and he showed me a job sheet which did state 'am'. The mechanic said that he would be able perform the change in a couple of hours.
I then produced my booking confirmation, which showed 'pm'. The mechanic said that a system error must have occured. The work was then carried out within half an hour.
