We ordered three bathroom suites from QS supplies as they had the best range, an easy to use site and very good prices. The communication regarding delivery was a bit slow and not very clear, but the delivery company contacted us directly and they were very helpful (Bartrums).
Unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong bath (I forgot to add the 'Carrion' option when ordering). So called to see if I could return and order the different (more expensive) bath. This was fine - and again - with the slightly confusing email regarding dispatch the new bath arrived, and I was told the courier would call me within 2-3 days to arrange collection. I paid £27.50 for the collection.
That was four weeks ago - I have phoned, emailed, completed the request form, even offered to drive it up to Leicester and every time get the same reply. Leave it with us, we'll get back to you and I STILL HAVE THE BATH. It seems like if they ignore it, customers will get fed up of asking and keep the products they don't want. A non-existent returns policy. I ended up selling the bath on eBay and will never use QS again, and will actively recommend that people do not use them.
They were really helpful from the initial query and I generally spoke to the same person. Ordered over the phone as they did a price match for me, and then delivered in two days. A couple of the tiles were broken but I think it might have been when we carried them!
