Don't use them

I ordered a computer desk off Amazon . Despite making arrangements to wait in for them they never turned up. When I telephoned to enquire as to whereabouts I was told it was out for delivery. Eventually I contacted the seller and cancelled the order and demanded my money back. When I asked for the money back again, I was told that it had been delivered and they had a delivery note to prove it. When I asked for a copy my signature had been forged and it had been delivered on a day I was away for Christmas. This matter is now with the police.

Martin that is a horrible situation to be in, and can assure you not something XDP would brush under the carpet, I understand the police are dealing with it for you, but as a company we would like to investigate this from our end, for us to do that we would need the consignment number if you have it or the delivery postcode, could i ask you to email sales@xdp.co.uk.
