Firstly thank you for taking time to leave us a review we really appreciate it even though not entirely positve. I have spoke to James about the delay which I would like to explain. The reason why delivery was longer than expected was due to non receipt of a purchase order or payment. As explained at time of enquiry being an overseas product we are unable to start production until payment is received. The great thing is though that as you have ordered now we are able to offer you a 30 days account subject to credit limit agreed. One thing I would sincerely like to appologise for is the lack of corrospondence on this , your order came at a time when there were holidays in China so we also had no way of confirming things with production , but in future I can assure you I will personally make sure you order is given free express delivery and a more dedicated approach.
