Part of the order arrived the other part did not, Petmeds would not replace until it had failed to arrive for 10 working days. They then agreed to drop to 7 working days.
It did not arrive so they have stated that they have sent another order.
This is for medication which my pet needs daily to keep him alive, this did not matter to Petmeds. As I had already sent them the presciption I was not able to get elsewhere.I had to obtain a small supply from my vet which was very expensive as they charge a supply fee, I had already paid for the prescription.
The item had supposidly been sent recorded delivery but the post office had no record of the reference No supplied by Petmeds.
Wait and see what happens with the 2nd despatch
