Ordered sympathy basket for next day delievery to be delivered in Ireland for relatives funeral. I got a phonecall 9am on the day of the funeral to tell me that they wouldnt be able to deliver the flowers i wanted. I asked it they could deliver any other flowers that day for the same price i had paid but they refused as the house was10 miles away. Needless to say i was very upset as not only was it my aunties funeral and i couldnt get there (i live in Newcastle) but now i couldnt even pay my respects in my flowers. Disgusting.
