Surprisingly good service!

As with most web purchases that we make, we used a price comparison site and Electrocentre ltd had the best price for a Samsung ES8000 55” Smart TV. They originally gave me a delivery time of 4 days. When I called them to explain that I had an engineer booked to come in earlier than that to set up a home cinema system, they said they would see if they could improve the delivery and would call me back. Ten minutes later I received a call to let me know that they would deliver the TV the following day! The TV duly arrived as promised and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who expects to pay the best price without compromising on service.
