I recently asked them why certain products were not available on their online. The products I asked for was not hard to get, but I just wanted to get it from the Natures Best with the rest of my stuff.
Unfortunately, the answer i got was that," we do not stock them and we do not know if we are going to have them in the future".
I thought the reply was very un-business like.
They should have said " thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will do our best to add those items to our stocks and will notify you as soon as we have them".
I just hope you guys take these points seriously in the economic down turn..
