We are not disinterested and I am sorry your parcel hasn't arrived as quickly as your other orders from us. We have confirm that although the parcel left here on Friday, today (Monday) it is not showing on Royal mails tracking system. This can happen occasionally and doesn't mean that there is a problem only that it hasn't been scanned into the system. We have checked several other parcel despatched at the same time as this and they aren't showing so as I said to you, it is probably just a few parcels that haven't been scanned.
