Agreed a price of £65 for a Blackberry 9320 my wife could not get on with I bought for Christmas, and it fitted in with their criteria for condition of a new phone unpacked without any blemishes etc.
Paid over £6 to send it, and lo and behold they emailed me that it did not match the condition for £65 payment criteria. I argued the point and they finally offered me £58.50 which I told them I could not be bothered to argue over and accepted. Had to chase them to pay the money by BACS, and checked my account late afternoon today 14th January. Guesss what, it arrived but only for £55.25 the original offer I turned down! Phoned them and waiting for reply. It's been hard work from the off, and it's not the £3.25, but the principal. Don't like the way they carry out business!!!
