Firstly let me apologise for the delay in getting your complete order out to you, this was unfortunately down to a stock taking error.

I have been looking at the customer service notes and can see that you have been having some communication with Jenna and I hope that the situation has been clarified to your satisfaction. I do hope that by supplying Deltech lamps Free Of Charge we have restored some of your faith in e-tradecounter.
