Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by this company.
Some of the items I ordered were not in stock which is acceptable but my card was charged before they were dispatched. Several weeks after placing the order.
This was explained by Heinnie as being due to my use of the Paypal payment system.
Given that this niggle was beyond the control of Heinnie I have changed my 4* to 5*.
