Great and Prompt Service

Very happy with my dealings with this company. I ordered a Yale lock which arrived the next day. It turned out that I had ordered the wrong size so I returned it using the reply-paid return slip and ordered the correct size lock which again arrived the next day.

Two days later, I had confirmation that my returned lock had arrived back at their depot. A day after that my account had been credited with the cost of the returned item.

Great service even when it was me that messed up!
