Slow and bad comms

It took 2 months for my phone to 'arrive'. I got an email explaining how to check I had done everything I needed to do when sending my phone in the post but there was no further response to my reply, the next email I got was the one informing me that my phone had arrived - 2 months after I posted it.
I had written the phone and my money off to be honest so it was a pleasant surprise to get the cheque but seriously - 2 months!?
