I have used fonebank a couple of times who are based in central london and i have to say i am very impressed by the company. The reception staff are friendly and professional and having the option to drop the phones that you wish to sell to them rather then sending in the post is great. Their prices may not be the highest but are competitive and their criteria for new and broken phones is much fairer then others. Payment is extremely quick via cheque or bank transfer and i have always received the amount i have been quoted on their website.

This has been my experience but I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again myself.
