not happy with service

i ordered a drive belt at the start of january and was told it was sent out on 4th but still i have not receives it and is 10days later! it may post office fault but whoever fault it is i still dont have the belt ive paid for and my order was by yourselves. ive been told to contact my neighbours and post office but i feel this isnt.the right course of action as should be my job to do not happy at the moment

As per our email conversation, the order was sent when the order was placed and if not received it is now probably lost in post.

If nothing arrives by the end of today please let us know so we can send a replacement for you.
