I ordered on Friday a bouquet of flowers for my friend who just lost her dad for next day delivery. She was going back to Italy on the Monday so wanted her to have them. Paid by credit card, received confirmation email...no flowers, no delivery.
Am absolutely livid! I have tried all day today, 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered and no one answers the customer service phone. I've tried since 9am when they are meant to open.
Never ever use e florist. I want my money back.
No communication, no flowers, no apology! And I'm £36.90 out of pocket for a gesture that was meant to be to cheer my friend up. This company is a total joke. You as a paying customer expect a service, all I have received is sweet nothing!
