Original cable was defective, this was ordered for next day delivery, arrived as promised.
Found to be defective, as I wanted this quickly, I returned cable express delivery for next day delivery.
Next day rang to see if it had arrived, person I spoke to acted as tho doing me a favour.
Told returns dept not there and did not know if it had arrived, indifferent to speedy resolution, this was on Friday around 1300 hrs.
I was telephoned on Monday to say cable had been returned but not checked, later on Monday had mail saying being replaced by 2nd class post. So having paid originally for next day service then paid for return item next day, the unacceptable 2nd class posting is effected.
Do not think I would recommend them. Out of pocket on posting by 10 pounds.
