Yodel couldn't care less - just say no!

The website - from which I was told I'd get the quickest and best service - failed to recognise any of the card numbers that came through the door and the call centre staff promised that they'd rearrange the delivery, but either failed to do so, or the system broke down. So having asked for it to arrive on Friday - when we'd be here - it turned up on Thursday. And then when we were told it would come back on Friday, it didn't. Nor on Saturday. And they had absolutely no interest in redressing this. Don't ever use this company. Their (complete lack of) service is appalling.
