Disappointed

Quoted £87 for my year old bb sent off with no scratches (had taken photos) informed of scratches upon receipt and a 15% reduction in value. Demanded to know further info relating to these as well bubbly wrapped etc, suddenly offered 10% reduction instead or return. Asked them to send a photo of said damages but they refused. I knew damage would suspiciously appear if returned so accepted
