I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband as part of his Christmas present but misjudged the size so inevitably the shoes had to go back. I spoke to a very charming lady who advised what I should do and she offered to keep the next size until wedecided what was the most appropriate size to order. We decided and I called again and yet again the same knowledgable and friendly lady who dealt with both the return and re-order. Sales can be lost so easily because of a lack of customer service and good service should be noted. This is what I received from Country House Outdoor. Refreshingly easy to deal with. Will shop there again.
