Ordered the item no problem, web site was good and got notified of the order. That was A week ago. Today I get a request to confirm if I am satisfied...no way of tracking the order and no idea when it is going to be delivered. One week after the order was placed you would expect to hear something at least a tracking number. Not sure how I can rate a company at this stage.
