Yes, despatch could be faster but you selected the slower service.

We offer 2 services, ASAP or non urgent.

ASAP orders take priority, and pay a small premium.
Non urgent are dealt with once ASAP orders have been processed and pay less.
This order was delivered on the 4th working day following ordering which is still below our expected timescale for a non urgent order
