Was assured by sales team the mattress I was ordering was the same make/model as the last I had purchased from them. It was not. So sales team advice is useless. Customer services refused to accept this, even though they found one of two calls I made to double check. Customer service just pay lip service and are ineffectual. I even wrote a hand written letter to the Director [name], he didn't bother to reply. Such was my previous confidence in Mattressman I paid them to take away my old mattress when they delivered the new one. Now I am also having to pay for the return of this rock hard mattress and will be left with no bed. The test of a good company is when things go wrong and Mattressman have failed badly.
